Abortion Bill

To the cheers of many, and the dismay of some, Charlie Crist vetoed House Bill 1143 (HB1143). The bill would have forced women to pay for and view an ultrasound prior to having an abortion. The RPOF pressed to expand the governments power into the individual lives of women faced with making one of the toughest decisions they would ever make. It’s nice to know that our governor voted to keep our legislature from intruding in our lives even more than they already do.
